The 2014 civic election spurred the NPA to make an even stronger commitment to being a full-time presence as a political party between elections. To that end, the NPA Board has established several working committees focused on fundraising, outreach, policy development and communications with the aim to strengthen our relationships in the city and build an even more effective organization.
Our outreach committee has identified several events and initiatives to attract new support and help the NPA learn about the community’s priorities and how we can address them.
Our fundraising committee is working to build our financial resources to support outreach and Caucus activities.
Our policy development committee, led by the Caucus and the Board, is tasked with generating and evaluating new ideas to address the city’s many challenges; in this current mandate and looking forward to the 2018 election campaign.
Our communications committee will ensure that we deliver our messages effectively and ensure that our supporters know what we stand for, how we listen, and how we act upon what we hear.
